Met a friend for lunch. She cannot walk and uses a mobility scooter. The restaurant has ramps, ample table seating, and staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. Made us feel very welcome.

Review of Excellent service Provided by Robin & The Prime Rib Dinner at BJ's Brewhouse and I recently had the pleasure of dining at BJ's Brewhouse, and I must say, the Prime Rib dinner with mashed potatoes is an absolute must-try! The moment the dish was placed in front of me, I was captivated by the perfectly cooked prime rib, seasoned to perfection, and cooked to the ideal medium-rare. Each bite was incredibly tender, bursting with flavor, and truly showcased the kitchen’s skill and attention to detail. The mashed potatoes were the perfect complement, creamy and rich with just the right amount of seasoning. They were fluffy and smooth, making them the ideal partner for the savory prime rib. Overall, the meal left me feeling satisfied and delighted. To enhance the experience, our server, Robin, was phenomenal. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she provided excellent recommendations while ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Robin checked in periodically, always attentive but never intrusive, making our dining experience feel personalized and special. The combination of exquisite food and exceptional service from Robin made our evening at BJ's Brewhouse truly memorable. I highly recommend the Prime Rib dinner, and if you’re lucky enough to have Robin as your waitress, you're in for a fantastic dining experience! When you head out to BJs Brewhouse, Do not forget to ask for Robin. She will truly elevate your dining experience. I can't wait to return and indulge in another delicious meal!

BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse was a great experience. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and hot. There’s a lot of variety on the menu, so it’s easy to find something you’re in the mood for. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a good dinner. Overall, everything from the food to the service made for a really enjoyable visit. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to eat.

Amazing service. There was an issue where they messed up 2 of my wife's orders, but we're very apologetic about it. Food was amazing and we were able to wait until 4pm to get the prime rib.

Saturday night and it was very busy. Sat at the bar and ordered the pork special for $32 which includes a cookie. The pork was surprisingly huge and wonderful. It was the double boned 1.5"-inch thick piece. It was cooked perfectly and was savory. Very nice deal. Highly recommend that. I wish I'd taken a picture.. while they were very busy, plenty of hard-working bar staff. Great job, nice experience. The only complaint is the beer is pretty expensive. Their version was only $8, but a beer head was 14!

First time we’ve tried this place and we were very happy with the results considering the goy slop most of the restaurants are pushing out nowadays along with poor customer service. Our server Gavin was very polite and incredibly efficient we couldn’t have asked for better service! Food was great and overall decently priced for the quality and I overall experience. Will be returning and would definitely recommend.

I recently dined at BJ's and had the pleasure of being served by Mark. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive and friendly. He made excellent recommendations from the menu, and his timing was perfect—always checking in without being intrusive. When we had a small issue with one of the dishes, he handled it with grace and professionalism, quickly resolving the problem to our satisfaction. Overall, Mark provided exceptional service that truly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend him and will definitely be back!

BJs is one of the better chain restaurants out there. Menu is good. ( I really like the Parmesan crusted Chicken) and service has always been good. This time we had Rhea as our server and she was great and very helpful in dealing with a food allergy, making sure everything. Was good to go. We will be back

My wife and I only stopped there for a drink and a pizooki and we really enjoyed it! They offered some fun drinks and they’re known for the pizookies. I had the monkey bread flavor and my wife got Dubai chocolate. We were both very impressed and pleased. We’ll be stopping back to try other drinks and foods.

Went to BJ's for lunch with my wife and we decided to order a couple of their deep dish pizzas. I was able to get mine with the Italian sausage, my wife got the meatball version of their pizza, and it came hot and fresh to the table. My wife and I also ordered the pretzel with the beer pub cheese and that was so hot to the table I almost burned myself, thankfully though I did not. We also ordered some of the craft sodas, which actually turned out pretty good with our meal. Before I posted any of this review with the photos, I politely asked if I could take some pictures of the restaurant and the food coming to our table, because I wasn't sure if the management would be okay with it. As it turns out, they were fine with it and appreciated the good publicity! A tip for those of you leaving reviews with photos, I would always ask the management if it is okay that you take your pictures, as long as no one else is photographed in them that did not wish to have their picture taken. That will make all of the difference! I highly recommend that everyone stop at BJ's for a great lunch or dinner if you ever get the chance! Good food and Great Service!
